Freedom from Acne!
Yes its possible!

    The Problem

Why do those unwelcome zits seem to appear right before a special date or an important meeting? It’s a frustration many of us face, and it’s a challenge we’re here to help you overcome. At AgeLess Clinic, we not only understand the emotional toll acne can take but also offer cutting-edge solutions to combat it. We help treat acne using our anti-acne 360° approach – a specially designed diet plan, skincare routine and customised anti-acne skin and detox treatments to not only cure your acne but even help you prevent it.

Acne has the power to dampen spirits, but with our state-of-the-art approach, advanced technologies and global techniques, AgeLess Clinic is here to help you reclaim your confidence and feel great about your skin.

The most common chances of developing acne are during puberty and a woman’s menstrual cycle. But what about that sudden bump on the face that surprises you in the morning? Whoa! Good morning and thank you for ruining my day! Looking into the mirror, you wonder; what did I eat last night? Or what did I apply on my face last night?

Acne can develop at any age and affect any gender because of lifestyle, food, and hormonal changes. Additionally, external factors are also responsible for causing and worsening acne. The following factors usually contribute to acne:

    • Excess Oil (Sebum) Production – An overproduction of sebum can lead to oily skin, making the pores look large. Excess sebum combined with dead skin cells can clog pores, resulting in acne.
    • Clogged Pores – Clogged pores are a common skin condition caused by a build-up of dead skin cells, excess oil, and dirt can lead to acne.
    • Bacteria – Bacteria live on the skin and get into the skin pores, causing swelling and inflammation and eventually worsening the acne.
    • Hormonal Changes – Fluctuation of hormones during puberty, menstrual cycle, and general hormonal imbalance can trigger and worsen acne.
    • Stress – Stress does not cause acne but can worsen the existing acne and slows down the process of healing acne.
    • Medications – Certain medications like contraceptive pills and steroids can trigger acne breakouts on the face and body.
    • Diet – Dairy products, and refined sugars apart from oily, spicy, and junk food can be responsible for triggering and worsening existing acne.
    • Oil-Based Beauty Products – Many skincare, haircare, and makeup products that have oil-based ingredients can trigger acne, and one can continue to see blemishes on the skin.
    • Smoking – Cigarette smoking can cause a non-inflammatory form of acne, commonly known as the smoker’s acne, that leads to irreversible scarring.

There are indeed different types of acne, but we rarely define or classify them because “Acne is ACNE.” We’ll try and demystify it by listing them out. Take a sneak peek 😉

AgeLess Facts: Comedones are the primary sign of acne that are flesh-colored, white, or dark and give the skin an uneven texture.

    • Whiteheads – Whiteheads are small closed comedones that look like a small bump protruding from the skin.
    • Blackheads – Blackheads are dark-colored small open comedones that appear as slightly raised bumps.
    • Papules – Papules are hard, clogged pores that occur when the walls surrounding the pores break down from severe inflammation.
    • Pustules – Pustules are red-colored bumps filled with pus that have yellow or white heads on top.
    • Cysts – Cysts are the large and painful form of acne, usually red or white bumps deep within the skin’s surface and most likely to develop into a scar.
    • Nodules – Nodules are clogged swollen pores deep underneath the skin and require prescribed medication to treat them.

Many people prefer to let acne take its time and run its course. But our skin experts at the AgeLess Clinic highly recommend treating acne at the onset to prevent further complex issues like hyperpigmentation, scarring, and emotional distress.

Here are a few reasons to treat acne at an early stage:

    • Faster Results – Getting examined at the first onset of pimple pop helps set up a maintenance routine and speeds up acne-clearing results.
    • Reduces Scars – Even mild acne can lead to scars but treating acne earlier can reduce the risk of acne scars and prevent you from developing a habit of picking your acne.
    • Prevents Severity – Early treatment prevents a few pimples from progressing to widespread blackheads, whiteheads, and deep, painful acne.
    • Less Possibility of Taking Medicines – Severe acne needs strong medicine to treat. These medicines have possible side effects and require close monitoring by a dermatologist.
    • Emotionally Relieving – Acne can harm self-worth and relationships, whether one has mild or severe acne while treating acne can alleviate these feelings.
    • Saves Time – Acne can begin at a young age. Hence, treating acne today and keeping it under control can prevent future breakouts and add up to a substantial number of years without acne.

Acne commonly appears during puberty and women’s menstrual cycles, but it can strike anyone at any age due to lifestyle, dietary, and hormonal shifts, as well as external factors, leading to unexpected breakouts. The following factors usually contribute to acne:

    • Excess Oil (Sebum) Production – An overproduction of sebum can lead to oily skin, making the pores look large. Excess sebum combined with dead skin cells can clog pores, resulting in acne.

    • Smoking – Cigarette smoking can cause a non-inflammatory form of acne, commonly known as the smoker’s acne, that leads to irreversible scarring.
    • Genetics – A family history of acne can increase your likeliness to get it too, suggesting it can be inherited.

    The Solution - AgeLess 360° Anti-Acne Plan

Ageless Clinic has been one of the pioneers in treating Acne without medication for the last 15 years. We take a holistic approach and try and understand the root cause. Holistic means an inside-out approach. Acne is not just triggered by factors affecting your skin but also eating habits, stress, acidity and so much more play a huge role.

When you have acne, the normal course is surfing the internet, which shows confusing solutions like home remedies and videos of treating acne that worked for someone else, self-diagnosing, self-medicating, and asking the chemist for over-the-counter products that can usually backfire.

Over the counter, spot cream can help reduce the occasional zit, but it will not stop the recurrence – for that, you need to get to the root cause of the problem.  Adios acne, because at the Ageless Clinic, we have refined the art of treating acne from a 360° perspective (usually without the need for oral medication).

Our personalized skin consultation creates a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. This plan encompasses a blend of in-clinic procedures (which can be a mix of skin maintenance, peels, and treatments), as well as an at-home skincare regimen. We also provide dietary recommendations to target the root cause of acne, ensuring visible, long-lasting results. This comprehensive approach not only enhances skin health but also reduces the emotional stress associated with acne.

Why? Because they can have serious side effects. Some oral contraceptives are associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular problems, breast cancer, and cervical cancer apart from the common side effects like weight gain, nausea, and painful periods. Potential side effects of isotretinoin include inflammatory bowel disease, depression, and birth defects.

The AgeLess Clinic believes in a holistic approach toward treatment and cure and hence, oral medication is our last resort. Finding the root cause of acne and treating it from the inside out can help cure acne and prevent it from recurring. Most of the technologies at the AgeLess Clinic show mild to no side effects and have lasting results.

Call us today and let us show you how well your skin can be treated without using medication.

When it comes to Acne prevention, skin maintenance is super important. It is essential to maintain your skin to set it free from dead skin cells, dust, and dirt that clog pores by using acne friendly skincare and make-up products and doing regular clean-ups and facials.

Ageless Tip: Super Medi-Facials are the latest craze worldwide, and rightly so – they work extremely well and are the perfect combination of science and beauty. They inculcate specific devices and products in your traditional facial and give dramatic results, leaving you with a healthy glow and clear, radiant skin. We have a list of them that are recommended for acne prone skin.

The next step involves meticulous manual extraction of deep-seated impurities from the pores, complemented by a soothing, antibacterial masque to calm the skin. For optimal results, it is recommended to undergo this clean-up treatment at regular two-week intervals until the acne problem subsides.

    Back Clean-Up

A back clean-up is a treatment that focuses on taking care of the skin on your back, similar to how you would treat your facial skin. It involves a thorough process that includes cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing the back skin, along with the application of a mask. In most cases, a back clean-up also incorporates an extraction procedure to unclog pores and minimize the appearance of back acne. To address acne concerns, a peel is applied to prevent breakouts and assist with acne marks and active acne. For specific requirements like back brightening or when performed for a bride, microdermabrasion or a glow peel may be included in the treatment for added benefits.
